We have been known to use our little slice of underground for all the stuff you can't do in other peoples property. Like 4th of July!

One of my jobs is designing and building mine enclosures. There are hundreds of these old mine openings.
For this one we opened up an old access adit to get to the inside of the shaft without hoisting the heavy steel down the shaft. A makeshift bridge allowed us to zip line the steel across.
