That would require from someone in our beautiful state to believe that a helmet is even needed.

Of course helmets are needed....... but not necessarily all the time. I much prefer it to be at the individual's choice, instead of by mandate.

I would agree with that. I wear mine pretty much all the time, but I like that it's an individual choice.
