Any other Bandit GSF1200 owners?
Looking to find a good group of Bandit 1200(96-2000, but will settle for anyone!) riders to get info and insight from.
I just picked one up and am in the middle of fork seals. Need help on preload spacers and fork oil weight. Plus, need to find a downloadable manual for it.

Try the Road Warriors section. There is a Bandit topic.

Bandit Forum
There is a good bunch of people at maximum-suzuki.com. It's a close knit community with some very smart folks. The mod runs a tight ship so read the rules. Have fun with the Bandit as they are a hoot to ride!

I tried registering for their forum TWICE! I can't get past that stupid anti spam bot secret letters thing. It's retarded.

You can't use any gmail addresses for registration. The mod is a computer geek and won't allow gmail because it is a big info gathering scheme. Like I said, the mod runs a tight ship and it is by and large the best forum on the net.

Yeah I was using Hotmail though, not gmail. 9 times out of ten I have to try multiple times on other new forums to get past the spam bott numbers game. Stupid. Half the time one can't even tell what letters they have up there!!

I daily commute on a 2000 b12s with about 37k miles. It's a great bike and I can easily maintain it myself. If you can get yourself registered at maximum-suzuki, you should be able to get all the information you want on these bikes.

This. It is the first forum I joined when I got back into riding, because I wanted a B12....Griff runs a tight ship, but it keeps the BS is at a minimum. No religion, no politics. No gmail, no hotmail. Repeated acts of asshattery will get you banned most rikki tik. Great bunch of guys and gals there. Some old school drag racers (Dale Walker among them). Several top flight engine builders, too.
