The Snowy's are a jewel for sure. Great fishing, hunting, and riding. I don't own a sled, but it's also great for snowmobiles as well. Heading over past Encampment to Battle pass is also reallynice. Some good places to explore over there.

Yup, glorious country with HUGE aspen groves, unusual in those mountains and just beautiful. Battle Lake is famous because that's where Thomas edison was fishing with a bamboo pole one day, broke it, and came up with the idea of a glowing filament for the incandescent light bulb. Seriously.
