Much land? 3 car garage?
1500m2 and two car garage. It's 20 years old, but still in good nick. We're 800 metres away from the Drylands restaurant. Once we're settled in I'll stock up the fridge for you guys.

Basil got a wof this morning and a new rego. He'll be off to his baby sitter in the next couple of days. Hopefully, Mr. Hopalong will have full use of his leg again soon, so he can drop him of in Blenheim.

Hmm, was there a speedlimit? Rain can hurt, eh? Oh, did you ever get a chance to pick up those pannier racks? I'll end up forgetting that I'd bought them.

You'll need a running bike, before you'll need to worry about a seat. By running, I mean moving under its own power.
