Ohlins Shock for F650

I've come across a used Ohlins for a BMW F650 Funduro.
Can anyone help mw with the model numbers.
It's a 629-01 and the number on the spring is 01093-79/190 L095

I'm 185 pounds and the bike will be carrying loaded Zega Cases and gear for a trip to Alaska.

Comments and any help would be appreciated.

Decoding the spring rate...etc.
