Kevin Ash's Airhead article

Haven't seen anybody here mention the death in January of British moto writer Kevin Ash. He had some kind of fatal incident in South Africa at the press debut of the new watercooled 1200GS

I'd heard the name over the years but don't think i ever read any of his stuff. Well i found this piece yesterday, and thought the Airhead clan here would appreciate it:

Some good pix and writing there. I can see how his style came to be so well regarded

Nice article. Rumors seem to be was that he was killed when his GS went into a terminal tank slapped. This also happened to other riders on the launch, so I'm waiting to read the reviews with interest. Apparently the Machine ridden by the journos from Bike, broke off the lock stops on the forks.

Cool article. Not what you want for a press launch. Oops.
