Great service

Alex,

Just wanted to give you an update on how my forks worked out. They handled Baja for a couple of thousand miles trouble free and sucked up most everything that was thrown at the bike. I did bottom out more that once so maybe I should think about a little more travel lol. I also need to have you look at the rear shock in the future. Thanks again for the great service

DSC01499

took it out for a womp today and dialed in the clickers
DSC01478

Handles excellent in all conditions, I highly reccomend Konflict

DSC01474

tracks arrow straight in rocky conditions because of plush and firm valving with proper bleeding and correct fluid

DSC01509

Konflict Suspension Services

The latest issue of ADVMoto Magazine features the Konflict sponsored "The Heavyweights" Team story of the 24 Hour Race of Starvation Ridge we competed with our friends from Cyclops Adventure-Sports this last October.
We will be racing this event again this year, along with a select few races throughout the remainder of the year. We truly believe racing the big adventure bikes is the final process in our R&D process of our suspension settings.

I have to chime in here now that I have some real riding time with the entire set up from Konflict.

This system has been nothing but spectacular! I now have over 17,000 miles on my suspension set up by Konflict.

I have been on a 1500 mile trip with my 13 yr old step son on the back, bike packed with luggage and did all the major passes in the San Juans in Colorado (we skipped black bear). For those of you who have ridden these passes you know the terrain is not easy. It is not terribly difficult either but riding two-up with luggage is a lot of weight. The suspension set up handled it with no problems whatsoever. We never even bottomed out and there were times we were moving at a good clip. I was very happy after that trip, the suspension allowed me to ride like I can and like I wanted.

I also just finished a trip to Baja and the Southwest in the US. For those of you who also know, I rode Koko's corner twice. This is not a difficult road to ride in any way, but it is not maintained. What this means is there are many large potholes, jagged in bedded rocks sticking out of the ground, large loose rocks and if that is not enough there are some pretty long sandy sections. The group I was with decided to camp most of the time so we ended up packing the bikes with all that gear. I wanted to put the suspension to the test on this road...after all, it had handled everything I threw at it in Colorado so let's see what the bike does loaded down at speed on a really shitty road!

Absolutely perfect! No problems whatsoever! Let me add that I didn't just putt through...I maintained speeds up over 65 mph for most of the road. I am not bragging on my ability to ride, but the suspension set up by Alex and Konflict.

There is no doubt in my mind that when I get another bike, I will see if Alex has a set up for it as well. I am very happy and this is by far the best money I have spent on an aftermarket product. Thanks Alex!

Here are some pics of the kind of stuff I put this suspension through...

Konflict Suspension Services

Konflict Motorsports & Suspension CEO & co-founder of The Heavyweights Alex Martens is spearheading an attempt at this years Best in the Desert Vegas to Reno race aboard the shop's KTM 950 Super Enduro.

Konflict CEO Alex Martens says "I have always wanted to try this event and with the success of The Heavyweights race team, which competed in last years 24 Hours of Starvation Ridge, running the Vegas to Reno seems like the next step in our program.

At the 24 Hours of Starvation Ridge we had done something out of the ordinary, racing aboard KTM Adventure and Super Enduro's with a 2nd in class, and 34th place overall out of 101 teams competing on dirt bikes. Running the Vegas to Reno seems like another step in proving our suspension services are world class, as well as race proven."

The Vegas to Reno race is a 550 miles long and starts August 16th-17th, with an allotted 24 hours to finish.

Keep an eye out for future information and updates soon!
