So what are you saying Tony..if it's not fast it's not fun?

+1

Snow expected on Friday.

Alcalde -> snow, especially on north facing slopes; and more snow farther east trails.

Buckman -> not sure ...might not be all that bad. Maybe someone from SF can report in.

Abq West Mesa ->

Sweet. Thank you everyone. Time to go toss on a Desert IT.

Any recommendations for bike friendly lodging in Rio Rancho? Anything close to trails we can ride straight out (plated). I hear that leaving a nice truck parked out there at a trail head may not be highly recommended?

Garrbear is in if the weather is good, he says it's supposed to be shit though. My roomie just got back from ABQ and said there was snow on some of the biking trails but they were still ridable.

Option

Southern will be better riding if the weather cooperates--if it doesn't you might want to look at Gordys Hill.

Might be a little chilly, but I might be able to get out this weekend. Could meet you out at Southern and play tour guide. Sat or Sun?

Drove up to Espanola yesterday. Looking West towards Buckman riding area there is snow on North and East facing slopes. With more snow on the way I would recommend the Southern area. Just my. 02....

Hey Curtis!

Lol, not at all, I'm saying theat Southern is fast and fun, and there are some high speed people that hang out there that add to the fun (if they don't get you killed).
