Ever Wondered What Your Renazco Seat Looks Like Inside?
So with Maya bein tall and me bein short the plan was to make a bit of middle ground.
I felt guilty opening the seat but I would have to say the build quality is absolutely outstanding. There are 4 layers, the first is a very nice smooth slim skin, the second is a 10 mm soft top, the third is the soft sitting bit and the forth the main base structure. In order to presserve the best of the top layers we very carefully parted the layers to expose the base structure then proceeded to cut it with an electric bread knife. We marked it in 1 inch increments and cut a 0 to 20mm down to 45mm up to 20mm up to 0 bowl for me to sit it, a shave off the sides to narrow it up a bit which also helped standover height. Results where good, probably spent the better part of 3 hours getting the shape right, will post up some finished pics tomorrow. Layer immediately under the cover Next layer Cushy layer under where you sit The measurements are ours so nothing to do with the original stuff

That's quite a bit more complicated than I thought it would be.

Ok, these are the finished pictures.
We retained the soft top and I shaped it for better standover height being narrower, just thought I would share so any SE riders who are longitudinally challenged may be interested to look.
