Giving yourself an uppercut to the nuts before someone else get's in Evil...? ![]() Is this like your regular US TV style (not so practical) custom chopper type build off ( a' la West Coast Choppers vs Orange County Choppers) soap opera documentary with tatoos and welding masks... ... or will it have an Aussie (adventure) theme to it...? In which case; I'd love to be a fly on the wall when the Hard Core Posties, take on the Skunkworks crew in an adventure bike build off... ![]() although, of course that could end up looking more like an episode of "Junkyard Wars"...

The TV guide blurb doesn't give too much away Scotty... do you have an inside line/scoop on who is involved and what the story is... where, what? etc?

Hey Troy
I was thinking about while laying in bed the other night . . . Reckon I could shoehorn a RG500 V4 2 stroke engine into a DRZ250 frame . . . But you have to ride it

Saw the first show a few days back.
Idea is to build a bike...chopper /custom style for the drag strip. Its got to fit a wheel base and all five bikes use the same race engines. Its showcasing some of the Aussie custom bike builders and no their not adventure bikes but ground up builds. One mob are Hyperformance Bikes in Adelaide and HotRod Choppers in the Hunter Valley. Its a good look inside their workshops and how some jobs are done. Ive been considering a Auxiliary tank build and a sectioning job on another bike. Its places like these that might get that call. Its a show about bikes so Im not about to bash it regardless of the style |

No Baza its not at all like the scarp heap. Its nothing like an adventure ride. Its about Australian custom bike builders and a project to build 5 bikes from 5 builders then race them down a track as fast as they will go.
Adventurous ..well yes if you've never gone that fast. informative and a good way to justify staying under the AirCon! well hell yes ...just waiting for 26 minutes of Dakar to come on. |

Just watched it, definitely good value, full of classic Aussie humour and dummy spits!!
![]() Way better than American Chopper, IMHO ![]() Only poofters have front guards ![]()
