Bend the bracket so the horn sits parallel with the shroud. I did that with my Berg horn and it works fine. Actually it kinda tucks inside the shroud and is pretty well hidden.

Needed a horn to get the Berg road legal for VT and needed it to pass tech for Rally Moto. Other than that I could care less if it had one.
