Yep, he's showing a 1 hr 15 penalty, so 15 min engine change on top of that 1 hrs wp miss yesterday and now this f*** how the wheels can come off

Is Stage 14 a typical parade lap or is there much chance of position-swapping (other than due to mechanical)?

It's short similar to stage 1 but.......anything can still happen out there.

FYI for the newbs watching:

Malle Moto is basically you and a bike, no support, just a trunk for spares. (or do they have two now?)
Marathon is using the same engine througout the entire race.

So I would guess that having the support, Manuel is not.
