Not " sportsmen" like the snooker and darts but true athletes ![]() Fully programmed fitness training regimes - it might only ultimately prove a couple of minutes, but it's now coming to that! CDP and a few others have cycling related activities as serious hobbies and would be competing on bikes or in triathlons if they weren't fortunate enough to be where they are ![]()

Morning catch up done - dog walk and gym next, a few chores and catch you all for the final party - but what a party it's going to be - it could be the most focused stage yet

A massive thanks to PM for arranging Pyn's call-in tonight whilst away with his family and all that.
This was a milestone call-in. Almost all the apprehension is gone now, but not quite. Pyn knows the limits of his bike like never before in his life. I had a little laugh when he mentioned the sports bikes trying to keep up with his RR on knobblies. Some of us can relate to that story I'm sure. Probaly his best masterclass so far riding in dust with the number of overtakes today. He can't drop his guard yet. He'll be listening to every little noise, but he can enjoy a one-day ride to the finish of Dakar 2013 surely?
