Patrick Beaule #154 has 30 min in penalties. 15 was for engine swap,,, any idea what the other 15 would be for?? speeding maybe?

I think it would take years to become a f5 alien,All the top runners here have alot of sources they have found thru experience I have yet to find those sources in the f5 world. I'm just happy at this point to contribute what I can. which may be just random blather

So was he part of another team that fell apart leaving him to make last minute arrangements to participate ?
