Those savage photographers put up a raw photo of Laia. She deserves a bit of touch up after a great stage:

20 miles South. PM me your phone number and I'll help you get them out. I can do a verbal roadbook in just a couple of minutes.

Yup, trully amazing, and I think Lyndon will really appreciate running a day up front with the track in better condition, less dust and not as many distractions - not to mention the lack of cars

and all this after the rest day

Holy S---! I was excited listening to Carlton talk about Lyndon and today's stage.

What a day for the bikes.

He had his face in his hands and was in a terrible mood. Ron and I started cracking jokes about French metalergy and within 45 seconds, he was smiling ear to ear again. He's all business until his riding gear comes off and is very sportsmanlike.

Ruta 40 is 20-25 miles south, it's near Campo Arenal airfield.

Someone can do the math, but it looks like there are 27 elite riders behind Lyndon. Combine that with the fact that an elite rider is not suppsed to be reseeded ahead of someone in the top 25 overall, and Lyndon could see himself pushed to the back of the 30's on start position after the rest day.
