Good morning - So what is the Craic then?

Stage 8 on the ASO shows all penalties gone incurred during that stage - even the 15 min engine changes - but a few are there from before, Helder is still showing a 15 min penalty.

Have they taken off all penalties dues to the stage issues, or are they just updating the site/stage and their F5 button is stuck

Personally I don't mind as my boy is not involved, but to miss the first wp when leading the section off and not being penalised is a bit weak? - a non functioning GPS? But it worked later - maybe just not close enough to the wp for it to open up?

Cyril not getting 15 mins for an engine change, or have they loopholes this as it wasn't his engine

Anyhow I supposed all will be revealed when the ASO F5 functions again ?

Just back in after my rest day. Caught up on the roadbook and looking forward to tomorrow. Where the hell are we going, anyway?

Thats awesome.

I hope Cyril pours on the gas. I'm having a little trouble understanding where his engine swap penalty went, but figured it would shake out in the next little while.... Uhh right? :

If they can cut 10% off the odo reading, I imagine they can cut close to that off the fuel for the same reason.

ASO boss:

"It was a good organization, from day one, and then with incredible stages of wonderful landscapes, hard, dune sands. We are really pleased with the steps runs in Peru."

"We have many ideas for the future and we are looking at the possibility of including other countries. There are contacts with Bolivia and Ecuador. Our intention is always to put together a quality travel difficult stages and very different."

Keep going Pyn - fantastic effort so far and good luck with the second week!

Keep it steady, keep it safe.......I'll bet it will be tempting to hang onto the back of Cyril though

If in Windows, right-click the "Direct download" link and then chose "Save Link As" (it will be a .mp3 file) and save it to your hard drive. Once on the hard drive you should be able to click (or doube-click) the .mp3 file and it will play.

It is fun to go back and listen to calls from all the years past. We've been privvy to a host of fantastic stories!

Husbands computer is too sucky. It's still downloading LoL. Switched to my son's laptop and instant.

Thanks Nate. Good hearing about the RMS and Freedom!
