Yep, I'll give it a shot once I actually know what final drive I'm going to chase, but a 45 tooth rear is looking like a good option for the TE630.

Edit: 45 it is.

Umm, yeah
my back of the envelope calculations worked out in favour of the Kush sprocket as well, particularly if you looking at 20 - 30000km per bike
I might be a bit different from the norm here too but I hate spending money on bling & farkles if there are other alternatives, dont even particularly like working on or modifying bikes, just like riding them aye
anyway, my Kush sprocket has about 1000km up on my WR450 with a mix of ' bootcamp ' riding, fast gravel roads, sustained high speeds on the bitumen & tootling around town, all good so far with no deformation of rubbers & it feels much smoother than not having one
we are about to head off in a few weeks on a 3000km + desert adventure & I have no reservations about using this sprocket, will report how it goes

umm, ok, after having just come back from a 5 day 3 State 3300km high speed blast out to Cameron Corner & back ( Gunnedah ) on a WR450 I think I am well qualified to report on my Kush
it did about 1000km around here before leaving. Loved it. No sign of any issues.
Day 1, at Bourke was fine. Somewhere between Bourke & Wanaaring all the " cush " dissapeared & it was driving metal on metal. So, somewhere about 700km on the first day was where it failed. It was still driving, I did think about just welding it up solid but didnt. We did about another 2600km of high speed ( 120 - 150 ) mostly dirt on that sprocket without any issues, it easily made it home. They are made out of bloody good steel, just wish the rubbers would stay in them aye

what i will say is that at least if the rubbers fail, they wont leave you stranded in the middle of BFNW, which is a good thing

Hi Farmer!
if you clic on "send a message" You can either send a PM or send an Email. Try the Email choice and see if that works.

Went to their website but couldn't find any way of contacting them from there. No Ph. or email contact info. They definately should have contact info on their website. Was thinking of buying one till this occurred.

Ok, had a speedy response from Mr Kush ( Ryan ) and he instantly refunded the price of my sprocket as he didnt have any in stock. I will say he is a very honest bloke & I wish him well, I just wish the dampening could last maybe 5000km, then I would be happy.
As I have said before, at least they wont leave you stranded somewhere, mine drove metal on metal for a hard 2600km before making it home, with little deformation of the metal parts

ouch....

Just bought one before I found this thread, arrived yesterday. Seemed like a great invention, but if they fail that quickly I don't suppose he'll want to sell them too much longer. Losing proposition.

Oh well, I'll update with my results.

I just bought one. Didn't have but one size to choose from the other 2 were sold out. I will try it and hope for the success of the company because it's a great idea.

There's a lot of bright folks on here that can fabricate quite well. If anyone has any ideas to make this more durable let's hear it. Maybe it will help Ryan.
