Dual Sport Armory

heads up. If y'all aren't useing dual sport armory (http://www.dualsportarmory.com/), you should be. To make a long story short, I ordered a couple of items from him recently. Some of the items just came direct shipped to me from the manufacturer. In other words, DSA had nothing to do with packaging or mailing the order. Well, the material showed up to me, and it wasn't the right stuff. Remember, DSA had nothing to do with packaging or shipping the parts. Consequently, I also found the manufacturer of the parts had put his invoice (not mine) in the box. That showed me what he was paying for the parts. That is VERY unprofessional, and unacceptable in my book. By the way, DSA's prices are incredible, I know, 'cause now I've seen what he's paying. I contacted DSA to tell him the parts were wrong. He's been working to get me the correct stuff. He also sent me an email saying that on my next order, he would help me out for my inconvenience. Now, I return an email saying something to the effect of "you don't owe me anything, you didn't screw up the order, someone else did. Furthermore, I now know you're not getting rich selling brake rotors, so I appreciate it, but its unnecessary.

Well, I just placed another order, and that discount was amazing, and more than I would have ever expected. DSA really went way above and beyond, and he's got a customer as long as he stays in business!

Motoz

I just bought a set of D606 for my KTM. Wish I'd seen these Motoz first.

The prices are very aggressive then from DSA because they drop shop vrs having to stock product...no overhead.

I've bought from them a couple of times. Very good prices and fast service. Both orders were for Wolfman products & I did notice that they were drop shipped. Much less expensive from CO to SoCal than from the east coast.

I've bought a few Motoz tires from them over the last couple years... good prices and always fast shipping. I appreciate that.
