Backed out of trying to tackle ice again, twice this month is enough for a bit

Down Pine Canyon, another super fun twisty road

At the end of Pine Canyon is a T intersection, last time I was here I went right...so let's see what left brings..

Interesting

Great road with a mix of pavement, potholes, loose gravel, land slides and sand

Loved it

but it had to end like this

It's all good though, I found a nice route of dirt close to the locked gate..it looked like it would bring me back toward civilization and more importantly gas, food and drinks

Down off the mountain, spotted the 5, made my way toward it, gas, snack, drink..just have to find my way across the LA Aquaduck

Lockwood Valley to 33 and home......next weekend..a little desert road trip

ROAD TRIP!!!

SOCAL to Quartzite to visit family

Showed up with enough light to set camp and enjoy the sunset on Quartzite Friday night...a couple of OBX's steeds

Love the light in the morning

Some long shadows in the early mornin light

Went for a nice little trail ride with OBX and Moe.ron

We went till we couldn't go no more...legally at least...being reformed and all, we turned around

Back to camp and there was a nice wiener lunch being served

Hit the spot!!

Off to Palm Canyon after lunch, great advice noshoes!! That place was cooler, next time I will hike in
