Thank you all very much for your good wishes!

Apart from spoiling me rotten from Friday evening onwards, Steve also organised a surprise birthday dinner for me inviting all our biking friends (you may recognise a few faces from this parish):

The food was delicious...

Triple Crème Brulée...

... and a lot of thought and effort had gone into my lovely pressies:

It was a thoroughly enjoyable birthday weekend - a big thank you to everyone who thought of me and especially to my wonderful Possu!

Hi Ela and happy Birthday

It's been quite a time

you've ridden different bikes in lots of different places but "old faithful" has been with you throughout....................

no, I don't mean Possu! I'm referring to your jacket!

That made me laugh, Tim, thank you very much!

Great collection of photos - can't believe it's seven years since we met in the Dolomites in 2006! You haven't changed a bit (unlike others in the picture... )

Oh no, the memory of the my last encounter with the 'Trappists' is still too fresh in my mind...

That's very kind of you, Jo, thank you.

Karin, Jo and Kurt: please leave some space in your holiday calendar: we are planning another Cloggie weekend later this year; similar time as in 2012 probably...
