Finally heard back from insurance relating to my sons insurance. They will give me 11,100 - 1k deductible or 7,400 if we buy the bike back. I know I can fix myself for 3k but they also won't insure the bike wi a salvage title so would have to go elsewhere with a 19 year o,d at has an accident on his record.

What would you do?

2006 GSA with 61k and every farkle known to man (ohlins, etc)
