Haven't been on here in a long time. Talked to Maz and he said I could give a shout out to Redline Powersports in Winsted. All you New Yorkers can't miss Shannon's shop when you turn off Rt.8 on to Rt.44. Shops Number is (860)238-4248. The interweb address is www.redlinect.com. If you are heading up to the ride and need anything last minute or just want to check out a cool local shop stop in!

Would something like the Pirelli Scorpion Trails on my Tiger Roadie be OK? Or would those still be considered 'Street'? (Kinda new to this...)

These will work better.
http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...ront-Tire.aspx

Can scrape pegs with them on the street, ok offroad if it isn't muddy.

Thanks, but not looking for tire suggestions just yet. The bike has 600 miles on it, and I'm not planning on swapping rubber until the current set is done. But I'll keep them in mind for when I'm ready to swap.

Scorpions will be just fine on the main route.

Madrivermaz and I just finished a day of route scouting. 130 miles today. There are going to be some cool sights to see and photo opportunities for sure. Can't wait to run the hero sections soon.

Today I really tested my TKC80 front and it is awesome compared to the stock tire on the trails but on the street it lost the solid feeling of the stock Battlewings. I will be running the TKC and looking for the hero sections for this ride.

Maybe one of the enduros. For those that don't know ... this is part of the infamous "ledges" section of the Hell in the Hiils enduro. Voted the toughest enduro in the East by Trail Rider magazine.

Now I'm conflicted.. maybe I'll ride out on the Patrol and drag the WR along on my little trailer.....then decide which to ride at the last minute.

Wow, lotsa Patrols! Put me down as a +1

I was planning on riding mine up with my daughter and having my husband bring my Husky up in his truck. One day monkeying around with her on the main route, one day playing with dad. A family event :)
