Dude, your location says SoCal... and you don't know the term Grom? Slang for surf kids! Obviously Honda has done their demographics studies...

Also, I want one for Boston. Sidewalk parking legal? Sign me up!

I've never been, or even been around surfing, so I had to look up your reference.

I knew this one.

Thumb Groming. Is that a word?

This is the first new bike I can seriously consider buying.
(mostly because it is low priced)

Looks like mega fun in a mini package.

I have the most "fun" riding my wife's XR80.
I have almost as much fun riding my TW200.
I have almost as much fun riding my DR650 as I do the TW.
And the VX800 and DL650 (Wee-Strom) are behind all of them in fun factor.
(Riding on the highway long distance the order is reversed )

Yep, I may break down and actually buy a NEW bike... this Grommet.

It's right on the edge, it looks like the top speed is about 65... that mean's you actually could do some light-duty freeway work!

I for one am very excited about this bike. I love my Ruckus, but this bike can really hit the 45 MPH mark needed for my commute. Plus it's just hella cool.

Can't wait to see it in the showroom!

Also check out msxthai.com and use google translate, theres 100s of bikes to look at or use any on the msx forums heres the msxthai on facebook https://www.facebook.com/MsxThai?fref=ts on facebook! Enjoy!

P.s I am 41 years old, I sold my Husqvarna nuda that was modded to buy this, crazy, some say I am, it was a great sexy bike and sounded awesome, but last year I had a road legal pitbike that did 70mph, my buddies in there 40s also had them, best day out I had in years ragging around the coastline and city like big kids, the big bike never gave me the same grin and I have had some great bikes, actually I am better known on here as having a blinged up tmax long before you guys got them, I am in the beginning tmax threads!

does 65 ish more if your a lightweight, I have seen msx's on thai videos with just a pipe n filter, rider weighing 120lbs doing almost 130kph, so cheapest engine mod is to stop the burgers!
