What's everyone riding?

Was just wondering what types of bikes most of you are riding to this gathering?

Do we need to start a list of "inmates" and their bikes?

I'm on a '07 F650GS (single).

(though if anyone is selling, am kinda looking for a 250 for the trails! )

KLR 650.

Looks like I am scheduled to work Friday....with no way to get out of it (new job). Hopefully I can find coverage for Saturday and come by Friday evening.
Frankly, it sucks.

Back from the Wallowas

so I best be gettin' this ride planned out. July will be upon us before we know it. My how time flies, especially as we get older.

Barb, sorry to hear about the work thing. Work ALWAYS gets in the way of our fun. I'm starting to think that being a vagabond isn't such a bad idea

Mrstiggywinkle, I ride a trusty DR200. I think there will be a variety of bikes on this ride.

Looking forward to meeting all of you that I have yet to meet and spending some quality "girl time" with those of you that I am already acquainted.

Sadly, I'm out ....

Just got my summer schedule for school...I have testing every Friday that I absolutely CANNOT miss It is too far of a drive to wait until Friday evening to leave...so sadly, I am not going to be able to make it! Some day, when I'm rich and famous, or just moderately wealthy, heck...when I can just take time off and still pay the bills, I will be able to attend!! Have a fabulous time!!! Hope to see you next year!!

Sorry to hear that! I will tip a drink in your honor and likely tip over the bike as well

MrsTiggywinkle, I was planning on riding my F650GS (single) to this but I might change my mind and ride my DR200. So I guess my answer to what is everyone riding is I dunno - a motorcycle of some sort.

Ok. It's July.

Holy crap, it's July. Not really sure how that happened, but I'm really happy. I love summer.

Honestly, I was starting to get a little discouraged about my riding skills and wondering if I should back out like a chicken since I haven't been on dirt in a while (street, yes. Dirt, no. Boo.), but reading through this thread reminded me why I said yes in the first place! Also, the downed bikes helped. Story of my life.

I hope I'm not too late to say yes to a shirt and I cannot wait for this gathering! Already have the time off. Watched the boss man put it on the calendar and everything!

Scarlet, still thinking of riding out together?

I think I'll drag that man of mine out for a ride before he heads to flight school.

Yes, it is

July...sigh...where, oh where, does the time go?

A little update to let you all know that things are moving forward. Jeff and I went on a route-finding mission last weekend and we have a pretty nice (mostly off-pavement)route scouted out to Tygh Valley. Crash Clay is going to scout a route from Tygh Valley over to Saturday's destination. Part of the route is rocky and rough, but not technical. There is one spot with plenty of exposure so bring a parachute Leenpockets, I am the biggest chicken on the planet, so you will be in good company. In fact, you may see feathers in my dust trail.
I think we will split into a couple of groups for the rides, as it can get a bit cumbersome to have so many people trying to follow one person. Susi B. and Crash Clay have volunteered to help in that area. Thanks, ladies!
I will PM all of you soon with directions to our place and the location of Friday night's camp (for those who will be meeting us there).
