Good gear is "cheap", when compared to a Dr. Visits. Also found that comfortable gear gets worn.

When I first started riding, ATGATT was a pair of sunglasses.

Gear has since evolved, and so have my habits. And, I do have to admit that tumbling down a trail is much less painful than it used to be.
