zumo 550 antenna
Where can I find an antenna for my Garmin Zumo 550 at a reasonable price. I would like to utilize the XM feature.
Will this work via Bluetooth ?

Look in the flea market or ebay and no it does not work via blue tooth unless you buy an external blue tooth transmitter to attach to the zumo 550. I just went through this and finally got it hooked up to my scala rider g9 using a sena sm-10 BT transmitter.

So as to benefit anyone else interested, along with the GXM-30 antenna, I bought this: http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/sena-sm10-dual-stream-bluetooth-stereo-transmitter.
Then I attached it via the audio out port of the zumo cradle mount and synced it up to my scala rider g9. You have to disable blue tooth on the zumo though. However, there are two blue tooth audio settings on the zumo either navigation, MP3, phone or just phone. I haven't tried the phone setting yet.

So you know - the XM add-on is by a complete external radio. Check the Garmin site to make sure you are looking for one that is compatible with your 550.

Actually you just need an GXM-30 antenna that plugs into the zumo 550 cradle then follow the prompts on the screen to activate service. With service, you get XM radio, traffic alerts and weather updates/forecasts.
