Mostly looking for a reason to go someplace warm, But some motivation to get in a bit better shape never hurt anyone!

The GJ race is the 23rd and 24th of march and the Snow Shoe Enduro is Aug 4th.

Fun races for just an hour or so drive.

Where is the Snow Shoe? Are you going to keep sandbagging the 'B' class when you race or are you moving to 'A'?

LOL I think my performance is way to hit or miss to be considered sandbagging. I did one of the CORCA races in Colorado Springs this summer and got my ass handed to me in open B.

The snow shoe is off Hwy 141 in the Uncompahgre Ntl forest outside GJ. I have not done it, but heard it is one of the better enduros on the RMEC circut. I'll be at both this year and plan on doing a lot more "training" riding beforehand

Anyone that wants to give racing a try and not drive for a full day to get there, think about the GJ Harescrable in March. It is a great race that covers some fun terrain.

You can bet that these 2 races will be the 1st races for RMEC and combined with TSCEC. If not Lubbock, for sure Quitaque.

Generally the schedule won't be finalized until the day or the banquet after the promoters meeting. This year it's Saturday January 26th. This is the way it's been in the past.

As Bryan stated, promoters hold their meeting before the Banquet and decide the schedule. I forgt about Wickenburg event. Arizona Trail Riders had nothing on their Web page for this race. I'm sure Wickenburg event will happen, but it is not a National this year and might not make the RMEC circuit.
