Need new tire in Peru, Suggestions?

Hey all, I just arrived in Lima today, and nearing the end of my rear Heidenau on my 1200GS.

Does anyone have suggestions about who to contact/where to go for a a 17" tires in Peru? Lima, Cuzco, Arequipa, etc...?

Thanks for any help or guidance!

We are in Lima too around Barranco district... Where are you?

Lima... Peru Moto performance ... Good guys, don't remember tire selection. I'm here until Monday waiting for a part from them.

Otherwise...

Arequipa... Peru motors. I am getting a set of tires (Pirelli) from them (17" Mt60) when I finally get there.

Hope one of those work for ya.

There's a BMW dealer in Lima, they should be able to sort you out. Google Gildemeister BMW.

Just Behind You...

Cleanwatt, I'm just behind you in Mancora (heading to Huanchaco today). I have a 1150 GSA with a worn out set of Heidenaus. Did you end up tracking something down in Lima? I wan't planning on stopping in Lima, but I will if necessary to track down a set of tires.

Thanks in advance
