Nice looking seat, Ian. One more satisfied customer for James to add a notch to his sewing machine table.

The really sad thing is that both you and I know two characters from a truly obscure B movie....

Saw it the first time at the 19... 83 I think... or was it 84? Harley-Davidson new model year dealer show in Reno... at the theater in the MGM Grand. Harley was showing it because it had a bunch of Harleys in it, including and XR1000. Old time dealers... the ones that had been around since the 40s and 50s got up and walked out.

At the time, I thought it was the stupidest thing I'd ever seen... but over the years I've come to appriciate the campy humor.
And taking into consideration who the actors were and where they have gone since then is a bit of a hoot too.

Penny Priddy: Buckaroo, you forgot your thruster.
Buckaroo Banzai: Why don't you hold onto it for a while?
Penny Priddy: Any time.

I think maybe I'll fit in here better than I thought. I have an original BB one sheet (poster) hanging in my room right next to my 'Red Dawn' one sheet.
