Replacement HES connector source?

I have exhausted all my normal sources...

...Does anyone know where you can obtain the inline type of 5-pin connector used on the R1100 bikes? It looks like the connector on the bottom right of the attached photo. I have a real nice HES that I got for free, but it has the later type R1150 connector, and I want to change the connector to the inline type so I have a spare.

BTW, I know Dan Cata, who repairs HES plates has also been unsuccessful in locating these so it isn’t going to be easy to locate. I am hoping someone here has knowledge of where to find these Bosch connectors.

Just use the one off the HES you remove when you do the job. Will take you all of 5 minutes to splice & heat shrink the connections.

Thanks, that would work for a premptive replacement, but the bike is generally a daily commuter (about 75 miles roundtrip), and has been reliable so far.

... Unless I plan some kind of extended cross country trip where I don't want to take a chance on a failure far from home, I don't intend to tear this bad boy down and replace the HES, until the existing HES fails...

Anyone got an old or defective HES unit with the right connector sitting in their junk box? I only need one!
