Thanks for the props.

See you all there.

You bringing the hack? You shouldn't have too much trouble doing the single track with it.

Hay-sus Jack, maybe we are married to the same lying wife.

RC: I will be on the hacked KLR. You should have seen me bushwacking and in the single track with the bald eagle bastards. Did cause some carnage and I actually had to dab a few times to keep the fat bitch from rolling over on me. Steep off camber rocky stuff really tightens up the sphincter on three wheels.

I saw the pics of you riding the hack through the single track and was truly impressed.
Looking forward to seeing you at the PB300.

I just might have to ride up from NC for this. I lived in NJ for 32 years and never rode the Pine Barrens. I did visit once in search of the "Jersey Devil" back when I was in school.

Who knows Jack, you may even get the chance to bring me some gas if I run out!

Laugh PB300 Hotel Room Information and Rates

Room reserved and event registration sent!

Room Space Available
VACOMMUTER and I have a room with some floor space available (2 queen beds). If you are interested in a discounted room rate for 2 nights and don't mind crashing on the floor, give me a shout and we can split it 3 ways ~ about $46 each (3 people) for 2 nights.

Cheaper room rate:
After booking my room online in June for the November PB300, I called the hotel directly and mentioned the PB300, the manager gave me a rate that was about $40 cheaper for two nights than my online rate. I would suggest calling directly as the manager is a very nice person to work with and had great things to share about Jack and the people who do his rides.

LATE CHECKOUT FOR PB300 RIDERS ~ $25
When I called the hotel this past weekend and the manager informed me that he will be offering a late checkout to PB300 riders. It will be $25 for a checkout at 5 or 6 o'clock. This allows you to finish the ride, grab a bite to eat and take a shower before heading home. You can also store your stuff in the room. My past experience with this ride has always been a shorter riding day on Sunday allowing you to get done at about 1 or 2 if you keep moving. The manager also told me that he would offer this anytime up to the Sunday morning of the ride.

Teeth to the wind,
Sno Dawg - Jeff

P.S. I am really excited to do another one of Jack's rides. For those people who are sharing their thoughts that the ride is TOO expensive ($110 for 2 days of riding with GPS routes and support). I would suggest that you try one of Jack's rides and then PM him your opinions. He spends an inordinate amount of time (as a volunteer) planning and organizing these events and they are always well planned, throughly thought-out and a ton of fun. Besides providing each rider the ability to ride scouted trails in the Pine Barrens, there is support if you break down or need to find your way out. I have been riding Jack's events since they were the PB500 and have always met new riders and explored new areas of New Jersey. - Thanks again Jack for all of your hard work and dedication.

Entry in the mail! I can't wait since last year's event was canceled. My Pegaso 650 rarely gets the TKCs spooned on for a chance to get dirty. I am trying to get my brother (74Stratos) to join me by offering him up my WR250R.
