I can't make it there, but if any of you get out Montana way, give me a shout. I'm near Missoula, about 20 miles from Lolo Pass, 50 miles from the start of the Magruder Corridor, 120 miles from Glacier NP, and there is an insane amount of DS riding around here locally. I've got tent space and a garage and tools if anyone wants to explore western MT.

The Aunt who go me into dual sports lives up there, great country! Seems like there are fire roads on every ridge line and they go on forever.

The "In" list

Hey Everybody,

I'll get the in list posted this weekend. SanGJan is collecting the $ and she's
out of town until Friday night. Not that I don't believe you all paid, but there are
probably others who have paid and not posted.

Just want to be accurate.

Paid!

In again. Maybe arriving Thu.

Planning again to bring the KTM. Same as last past two years.

Dakar is sold. Guess nobody will recogize me without it. Dean didn't two years back. Actually asked me if I have seen Duitswes, because his bike is right there and he spoke with him on the trail

So I will probably show up with the Bandit, go hiking, and leave early

Hopefully I can swing this...

The good thing is showers can be free

Actually Chris only part of Stony is closed. Most of it is still rideable.

Good job submitting the $$$ all!

I got your money!

Hey everyone, as your (not so) official treasurer, I wanted to let you know I posted the list of "received"-your-cash-your-spot-is-secure on page 10, most recent post. Thanks for getting the funds in early - great to see some repeats and some new folks!

Well I confirmed the reservations with PG&E today and we have the campsite for the time we requested.
The dates are May 2-5, that means we have the site Thursday - Sunday nights.

We decided to bump the price to $55 for camping and food and $30 for just food if you're staying in the non-group campground.
The extra $5 is to have more goodies and snacks. Not just cookies, redvines and M&M's. We thought we actually get fruit, muffins
and bagels.

Other news. As I'm sure some of you know Cory and Marsh have moved out of the area and are busy with there new digs. And
DaveBro looks like he's going to be away for business. So I asked SanGJan (Janet) to help out. She's going to be collecting the funds.
You can pay via paypal or send her a check. If sending a check please pm her for mailing instructions.

The paypal address is mendorally@yahoo.com Please mark the payment as personal so we aren't
charged the business fee.

Any questions just let me know and let the official sign-up list begin. (That means people who have paid.)

Price includes camping for 4 nights, dinner Friday and Saturday night
(maybe Thursday too), snacks, beer and soft drinks.

Remember the Rally is the camping event. Not an organized riding event. Riding is whatever you and your friends want to do.

That being said there's plenty of great riding in this area.

Remember too, this group campsite is limited to 50 people and it's for tent camping.

If you have an RV you can stay at the Fuller Grove individual site campground,
all of 3 minutes away. And you can still have meals and hang out with everybody. RV's
are allowed at the group site but take up too much of the available parking.
And, if the group campsite fills up (which it will) the overflow folks can set up camp in the individual site.

Also, if anybody has suggestions let's hear them and here's a link to the Lake Pillsbury area.

The official list:

1. mootsuno
2. SanGJan + 2

I am in, though did have a problem with my PayPal account. You should get a payment from Gary Crawshaw aka Itsatdm.

I have a freind who is undecided. If he pays up, I will probably trailer a KLX680 and camp nearby. If not I will ride up on a F800gs and camp out with everyone else.
