Yes I'll watch, Jurgen's parents are traveling through so we'll set out some good eats. But, for me, this feels more like MNF of late. Not even rising to SNF.

Yep, I was right. Best thing about it was spending some time with Jurgen's parents.

Just couldn't care about the game. Some good plays, some lame plays, some confusing calls that I about 1/2 watched.

What truly sucked is though I tried not to, I had seen many of the ads. These were broadcast debut. The companies had spammed them all through youtube and I'd watched a fair bit of youtube this past week.

Well, I think the 49ers got screwed twice by the officials. On a pass interference ag'in' them(which was as much offensive as defensive), and pass interference uncalled. Must be someone showed the officials a knife.

Seriously, it is a long game, but those were both terrible...and did possibly alter the result.

the roughing the kicker call against the Ravens was a bad call too and gave SF 3 points after Akers botched the kick.

Bad calls go both ways.

Eh, he took the kicker down, from way down. That is usually going to be called trying to protect the kickers knees and ankles while vulnerable. On a punt he might or might not have gotten away on that call. That is one of those funky things...did they get blocked into or not. I thought that was a fair call historically, could have gone either way. YMMV

Two turnovers in the first half hurt them. If they'd scored on just one of those possessions, it would have been a much different game.

The fake FG by the Ravens was just plain dumb. I thought the officiating was alright overall. Couldnt care less who won or lost, but this game allowed the public to see how classless Jim Harbaugh really is. Whined the entire game as usual and then could only muster a 'Congratulations' after his brother told him he loved him.
