What sucks is that it wasn't that tiring the first time. I've found it takes more energy to ride slow. So once I get a little tired from riding at a decent pace I slow down which progressively causes me to get more tired and so slower and more tired and slower.... Im pissed because Monday I went to put my bike on the stand and pulled my back out I can hardly get out of bed or walk. Ill be down for at least 3 days based on past experience and it will be a few more days to be fit enough to do any heavy riding or exercise
