This September... Bought a New Yamaha S10, did My break in locally, then went Green Bay to Glacier NP, south to Phoenix Az. west to Santa Barbara, north to Bend Or. and back home to GB... 13 days, 8000+ miles.
![]() Way too short of a trip time wise...was humping it most of the days. 2- 2 day visits...1 in AZ, one in Cali.

July 19 to Aug 21 in 2011 doing the Four Corners - start/end in Connecticut. Total of 12, 766 miles. Did a 50cc from Fla to Calif. Tried to ride most of the more famous M/C roads in the process. Kankamangas, Skyline, BRP, Tail of the Dragon, Angeles Crest Hywy(CA2), PCH, 101 through the Redwoods, Lolo Pass, Bear Tooth Pass, St Joeseph's Hywy, Pike's Peak, Million Dollar Highway. Great trip with only about 3 days of rain. I'm tentatively planning a 48-10 for this summer.

Roughly 2000 miles, riding from southern MD, to east TN, around east TN, and back to MD. Over 4 days, on Christmas weekend. Was it the most distance in miles? No. But it was certainly my roughest trip so far. The best weather I seen was 34 degrees and raining. Worst was an icy fog, with visibility around 20 feet. I am glad I made the trip on the bike, because the alternative was to not go. And given the family situation at the time, I am glad I went (had to go). When I got home, I was pretty confident that all other rides would be possible, no matter how challenging. Sometimes, it's not the distance, but the challenge.

My longest was from KC up to Thompson, MB (via Atikokan), then over to Vancouver, south to Seattle, then back through ID and MT to Yellowstone, across to Cheyenne, down to Denver, and back home in ten days. I've also been out to Halifax through Maine and back via Sault Ste Marie, up to Radisson QC through Buffalo and back home via Thunder Bay, and down to Key West via the Dragon and back via New Orleans. I envy you guys who can take off for a month or six and go ride across continents.
