Trans Canada Adventure Trail East to West or West to East or both

Hi. I am planning to ride the, recently mapped, Trans Canada Adventure Trail. The recommended time for the ride is 10 weeks and I hope to do the trip during June, July and August 2013. I have already taken part in a couple of trips and have just moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia from the UK and would like to undertake this trip before I once again become a full time student.
