That's not the first time I've heard of that situation. You came out better than most. Be wary of drivers out there. Sometimes it seems they are indeed out to get you.

I like what you had to say about the insurance company and representatives you dealt with. I'm going through a claim on my '99 GS right now and will definitely take your advice. Progressive has been nothing less that great to deal with, for anyone looking to swap coverage.
