Saw a little thing about this in the paper. Would make your vehicle pass that comes with your hunting and fishing license valid for DNR lands and DOFW lands.

I like this idea. Already giving the state money for to much already. The Discovery pass is double dipping in my opinion.

But it doesn't provide a penny towards the DNR or ORV recreation.
WDFW keeps every penny.

Much better to have your ORV permit cover you when at places where ORV use is legal.
At least all of your ORV permit money goes toward ORV recreation.

If that works for you support SB5391.

That is also a good idea. It does the same thing just for other types of uses where you have to already buy a permit of some kind. I just don't like every agency getting into your wallet for the same thing or place. I think it discourages people from going "outside" If you will.
