If no one claims a grab by morning I'd say it was blown out of the tree and either found by someone or was blown downwind of the tree. It's not unheard of for mascots have been found days later after a thorough search. It's best to stash the mascots "ninja" good. Like under a rock that's been there awhile. You'd be surprised at what folks can see as out of place on or near their property. That's happened before too.
Sure as hell if you don't it will come up missing.
Bobbylight will have to set a new mascot if the mascot is indeed MIA.

Fixed!

I'd almost bet the rat is downwind of that tree somewhere.

probably on some kids bedroom floor. the rat has a nearly identical twin at my house thats dieing to get out, unless bobbylight has other ideas. at 12:34 it will potentially be his honor. Anyone have time to check the MIA location out at lunch today for a blown over rat? Ratmap is updated with MIA location.

Approx. Coordinates of MIA
37 7'58.96"N
8011'4.67"W

I think you might be right, there were zero leaves in the fork of the two trees, I kicked around ground at the base of the tree to no avail. He just might be further down the road, who knows.

It looks like a pretty popular parking lot.? If the leaves were blown away someone may have scooped the rat up and taken it. It's best to hide the mascot a little further off the beaten path so nobody will find it or nothing will expose it, wind, floods, etc.

New RAT is on the run

turn up ridgelea rd, once it turns to dirt you're getting close, if you find yourself in the middle of a junk yard you've gone too far.... i will admit, this tag is a little sketch

Paint Job

I'm thinking if anyone that comes along and grabs the rat would like to grab a rattle can of olive drab or brown and do a nice misting paint job, perhaps even a camo scheme with the creativity that obviously exists in this area with all the camo cars trucks and bikes (ok so i'm jealous) that would increase this rats adventure time in the wild? I'd do it myself but I have a non adv related camping trip to get ready for this weekend.
