PM me if you are interested.
Matt,

I'm doing the test as well.

Are you camping?

Ken.

Hi mate,

I'll be camping on Sunday night, then at Chateau Team Medical from Monday to Sunday.
Are you riding down?

No unfortuantely.

The wife likes a bit of comfort when we camp - so we will be in the car this time round.

I am sure we will have a chance to catch up for beer or two over the week....

Barry way has about 70k of easy dirt some following the Snowy river, and through groves of cypress pine like you;d see in the central west. Bonang has those wonderful corners. I came back from the classics via the Barry way . Its more direct, I left PI at 8 am and arrived home at 9:30 pm Next time I'll camp along the Barry way . Its a very pretty area

Definately going down to the WSBK, except this time I'm taking the roadie ( Done dirt for the last 5 years)

Anyone know a good spot to pitch a tent for a night, down around Sale?

Was thinking about Reeves Beach?

Hoping to be in the Trackside campground early Friday morning, then settle for the weekend.

Thanks Normo,

will check it out.

cya at the track, won't have the DR this year, but I still have the bald head.

Weather is looking better this year, might even be able to have a fire for the nights events.

I read on another forum that the Reefton Spur has a fair bit of loose gravel and leaf litter on it at the moment.

I rode the Reefton last year on the way down to the Supers and from memory most of it was limited to 80kph; although, we didn't even get near that, because the CFA were carrying out hazard reduction burns on the day.

Also, check this link... re Vic Pol and their recent tactics along the Black Spur and Reefton Spur.
