How to become an MSF instructor in CT

Since CT has made the MSF course mandatory to obtain a motorcycle license I would think they need more instructors.

The website http://www.ride4ever.org/ says they are looking for instructors. Altho you must contact a CONREP site manager to ask if there are instructor positions open first before taking the instructors course. I have emailed 2 of them, but haven't received a response yet.

Anyone here have some inside info on how to find out if MSF instructor positions are available and who to contact perhaps?
