I'm glad I ordered when I did! My new 12GS just got here so the timing couldn't be better. I'm sure it will be worth the wait!!

You guys will love them. The quality is so much better than the BMW OEM bags.

Just received my boxes I waited a long time but the wait was worth it. There excellent and packaged very well. I received them today with UPS and UPS sucks! The packaging was damaged like anything I get from UPS. But the boxes were in great shape. That's the only thing I think you guys can do better use Federal Express. But that might just be a local issue. I will order the lid net and some extra corners.
Thank you
I'm not affiliated with FedEx

Got my cases today and installed.

Arrived today in great shape. Packed very well. I got the 45ltr variant.
Install took slightly more than an hour. Remove muffler. Makes install easier. Note: 4 supplied brackets are asymmetric. Pay attention when installing.

Excellent build quality is all I can say. Yes, these are better than the BMW OE cases. Very robust construction and material selection. Black finish is nice. Worth the wait. Craftsmanship is very evident.

Just got mine today. Packaging is excellent and in great condition. I do a lot I shipping and have had equally good and bad experiences with UPS and FedEx. Can't wait to get these installed. The material workmanship looks great!!

Any plans for a matching toolbox on the left rack?

These panniers would totally be my first choice...but sadly, no decent rack kit for the KTM 1190 Adventure. I realize they need to go where the big demand is, and that's apparently the GS's. But add my name to the list of KTM owners waiting patiently.

Thinking out loud...Would it look completely bizarre to have a Globescout topcase mixed with Holan panniers?

Maybe, just use the Touratech rack. http://www.touratech-usa.com/Store/P...90-Adventure-R

Though I believe that you are looking for a "special" system with equal width bags with an exhaust cut-out, we do offer a standard kit for the 1190 here: http://advdepot.com/globescout-world...adventure.html We have a set out to a customer now, and when installed we are expecting photos of them mounted on the bike.

The KTM's stock exhaust is pretty massive, and Globescout's first look at the bike looked to have a RH case that would have an exhaust cutout too large for it to be easy to build and would have had no usable volume. However, with the demand and requests for this bike, we are asking Globescout to take another approach to see if a special set can be designed for the KTM 1190's.

Of course the Globescout/Holan would look bizarre; your topcase would look 10x better than your sidecases ;-) Joking...If that would be a practical setup for you, we have a nice topcase rack for the 1190. You would have 2 sets of keys, however; 1 for the topcase and 1 for the side panniers.

Just chiming in here, but I think you would be able to use the GS locks on the Holan latches. The Holans are about the same overall - you might need to swap in the arms from the Holans on the GS tumbler.

That said, I'd just pickup a TT or Holan rack and use all GlobeScouts. A phone call to Paul might be in order.
