I hear you, they are the best as far as I'm concerned, but like you say, they add up quick.

Sorry Jack, that's a little tougher because they're pretty wide, would have to make a whole different set of side plates and we're really short on machine time these days.

Bolted right up, fit great. Thanks HDB!

Very nice setup mikrow! Would you happen to have anymore pics of your 690 with the HDB fairing?

The outside width of the Rigid Dualy's I have is 82 mm. I'm wondering what the width between the sides of the tower is?

Ya get a older front fender that does not bolt there .
But other then being a smart ass nope. Why would they go and change how the fender bolts on?

May be you can get away without bolting the side plates to the lower part.

This is what came up with too. it is a pretty sturdy set up even w/o the lower connection.

If Paul hasn't already came up with a fix for that, I'm sure he'll work with you to create a solution. It looks like a simple piece of aluminum angle with 4 holes will adapt it to the standard mount.

He's gone out of his way to make it fit my Christini modified frame, and the customer service has been above and beyond any expectations I had.

I have at least 2500 hard trail/race miles on the Lite setup...with no lower brackets. It is bomb proof.

Looking good Phil! Are you running one or two lights up front?

I wonder if that fairing could be made to fit a Beta?
(I'm just thinking out loud.) It looks pretty sweet.

Thumb great guy

Let me start with what a great product and easy install on my 500exc.
I bought it used from a friend not thinking it would fit my bike, it would look great on your bike is all he said. Ayway when I got it there was no way I was going to make it fit unless i drilled out to triple top clamp. I emailed HDB Paul and he said send a few pic of what I had. He said he would exchange it no prob just pay for the shipping, hell ya. So I sent the stuff I had and he even sent the new stuff before he got mine, who does that. Any way the product is great and love it can't wait to beat the hell out of it .
Thanks so much for a great customer service.

Has anybody fit a pair of Cyclops LEDs into the rallye light fairing by chance? They just came out with filters for their long range lights that seem to provide a better (and more DOT like) cutoff beam pattern.

Baja Designs also just came out with the Squadron Sport, a slightly detuned Squadron at 3150 lumens but priced less (even more so if bought as a pair). Just another option for the fairing.

Keep up the good work HDB!

How wide round are the lights. The ADVmonster ones have a bracket that works great. There is a picture of one installed above and I find it has not moved.
