ESA OHLINS MECHATRONIC issue

Anyone had a dead battery, or failure of adjustability at the switch from this combo? Its on my 12 gsadv. I haven't looked into it yet, but I feel it must be the Ohlins?

I haven't had any issues with mine, shocks have been in for about a month.
