I would never go back to 42.
17/45 adds approx 300 rpm at an actual 70 mph. No problem with that.

Looks nice with proper tires. I'm surprised most people keep the street tires on the 1190R.

Decent ride today with other Inmates

HRRA13, Gagnaou, & myself rode about 250 miles today. Wandered back roads, narrow twisties, gravel roads, water crossings, ...even hiked up a steep ass hill for a high vista over look. Put the bikes through a lot. Motor didn't bow up, the clutch worked great, and the chain performed flawlessly. Up over 100 couple of times. Gagnaou rode his 1190 R and Hrra13 rode his new GS1200 all performed just like they should.

Met up with and rode with some solid guys and more riding planned.....

pretty good deal
I was looking at this bag. A review on Revzilla warns that it can scratch paint, so be careful:

Wish I had known, I would have gone North and West From the Tag this morning. Instead of South and East!
I had a great time on my own though! Maybe next time!!
Tag> Doppler Radar outside Belton,MO

Pelicans on Truman Lake. 1st time I ever saw Pelicans this far north!

Turned around in Tightwad and headed back to take the pic for the next tag>
