What about the exhaust mounting bracket? Looks like this one won't interfere with endurastan monsoon soft bags

North Eastern Tasmanian Safari (Aus)

Just a couple of photo's of my big 2014 Kato completing the NE Tasmanian Safari. 700kms over two days through magnificent country side and varying terrain. At 8000kms the bike has settled and is a sublime machine.

Put 1,000 miles of Northern Ontario dirt roads on the odometer last weekend.

Time for a little TLC this past Sunday.

The 908 was finished:

Also changed the oil (man, was that easy!), cleaned the intake screens and checked the air filter (prefilter was a little dirty, air box is clean as a whistle) and gave the big fellow a bath.

Check out the skid plate! Wow - is this thing earning its keep!

Three friends and I logged 455 miles in the saddle today on an impromptu lunch run to the Ponderosa Lodge in Sequoia. Two Multis, an R1200GS and me. Only ~50mi of freeway and hundreds of 2nd gear corners.

We did the same thing a few days ago, the ponderosa lodge had live music, it was awesome! The roads were a ton of fun in that area

There was a one-man show playing guitar on the patio and he was actually really good!

We came up from LA -- Angeles Crest > Angeles Forest > Elizabeth Lake > Tehachapi-Willow Springs > Caliente-Bodfish > 99 > and on up to the Ponderosa. Same way in reverse. It was a long day!
