If I still had every dollar I spent on motorbikes I would be a richer man but a poorer person.

Oh yes he is

In other news my new lithium battery took a shit as soon as we got on the highway and been struggling to get it going all day.
Long story short we found a replacement battery in Truro and staying here overnight
Hope my regulator is not fried and can make the 2K back home tomorrow
Fak fak fak

Almost made it home
Stopped in Woodstock for my rain gear as I got into this downpour, back on the highway the bike started vibrating I thought it was the back tire but ended up being the bearings, just destroyed- glad I stopped before further disaster
Truck on its way in to bail me with 45k to go
Lol
Dave is pissing himself laughing right now

Our group of 10 made it to Ottawa at 6:30 last night, after two 900 km days and 9 riders left this morning for T.O and beyond, with Dave in Michigan having another 750 K to go. Adam, you were missed.

It was a joy and privilege to join you all for this journey. This is a lasting memory that will remain with me for a long time. And I'll never be able to read the word "bullshit" without hearing it in an accent in my head like you all just did.

Made it back. This was a great trip with lot's of memories and the right way to remember our friend. After a nap, I'm ready for the next one with the same crew.

There will be more to share from me and others, but the Buell logged another 5500 km in touring duty after being relegated to back up by the 1150. It was good to be back in the saddle. This is the farthest I've ever ridden with a broken leg.

BTW, Alex and I decided out butts where not hurt enough from the epic ride down so we did a one shot home from Truro yesterday. And from Alex's comments above, it was just a little too much for his wheel bearings. Yikes
