checked the DERM park alerts and all daguilar and mt mee references have been dropped so looks like mt mee is a goer now. it's always cooler riding up on the daguilar range and it's a great dirt road for the bigger bikes.

From Dayboro we'll enter the southern end, pop out the top end to Woodford for lunch, then wind our way back home through Wamuran basin.

Beauty mate! glad you got it all sorted, I'm starting at Dayboro I'll see you there. I'll be getting in there a little earlier as I want to fuel up the bike and have a morning coffee before the ride.

Thought it was a rejig stuff up again on their web site as the last date reverted back to 2012.

Here is the now updated info from 06/02/2013.

i wish DERM would make up their mind! i must have checked in after they took the old alert down and before posting the new alert...

anyway, pegs rs and loveday rd are both open so a run through mt mee is still on, but just not through the southern section of the park.

no one has put their hand up for starting at samford so i'll just bypass that one unless someone wants to meet up there for doing the backroads out to dayboro.

at this stage it is:
b1
whatsisface
lupine
wasca
wizzabren
stricko
westy525
maybe jo and strummer for the mt mee part

I'm gonna try to come along on the (new to me) 990Adv, hoping the ride will be suitable for the big girl (with me piloting).

Will join you at Dayboro for the obligatory pie and coffee.

Cheers

Steve

I'll possibly give it a miss mate. Not enough dusty stuff for the Kato-with-the-wobbly-front-wheel if most of Mt Mee is closed
