Bumblebee Calling For Ride 17th Feb

Hi Guys

Looks like I might be facing the knife (surgery) again for the 4th time

. So, i would like to stretch bumblebees legs on Sunday 17th February. I don't have a GPS as of yet and wonder if someone would like to take the lead.

As my back is described to be degenerating by doctors the pain is starting to get worst so can only handle a short ride.

Dayboro to Woodford and back (Lunch at Dayboro)
Fairly straight forward forest trail via Laceys Creek Rd, Range Rd and Turn up Mt Byron Rd to pick up “A” Break to the Gantry. “A” Break is a testing climb for 200kg plus bikes so you can continue on Range Rd to miss out this section and re-join at the Gantry. From the Gantry via Neurum Creek Rd, “L” traverse and Lovedays and onto Woodford for Coffee at CJs on Main St by the IGA. Then back

Any diversions or route changes people want I'm sure can be made. I'll require a police permit for the quad so the soon it's all set the faster I may be able to get the permit.

How about you tow me on my Giant Mountain Bike, I can fit the GPS, otherwise I'll just be sulking at CJ's waiting for people with bikes to arrive.

Hey James I here Mee is still shut after the rain, not sure if theres some major damage so keep and ear out on that one.

You never know, I may have a bike by then.

Hey James

I'd join you on this ride, but I'm a bit iffy on the date as I'm planning some big infrastructure changes at work and it may be happening on the 17th out of business hours.

If I get out of working that Sunday I'll let you know before hand.

And for crying out loud will someone get Paul a bike to ride, it's like listening to a druggo "Gotta get a fix...Gotta get a fix"

Thought it would be simple track but looks like there alot of closures. I might not be able to get a ride in before I become completely crippled lol.

If I new about B1 ride on the 10th sooner i might have it that up.

I was thinking of getting a permit for glasshouse as a back up.

Glasshouse is a good idea for the backup, I'll be on that one, we can still go through to Woodford

James, the normal way through Mt Mee to Neurum is open again.

Lovedays Road, L Travese, Peggs Road and Chambers Road in the Mount Mee section are open, beware of vehicles repairing tracks.

I've applied for permit for most of the glasshouse area (round about area between Woodford a Steve Erwin way) for Saturday and Sunday.
